Sean Gafford has served as Associate Pastor at Phoenix First since 2021, but his heart for ministry began long before that. With over 15 years of experience working with youth, Sean brings energy, vision, and a deep love for helping the next generation discover who they are in Christ. He also serves as the NYI President for the Arizona District, where he continues to pour into students and leaders across the state. Sean and his wife, Shannon, are proud parents of four amazing kids, and together they love investing in the Phoenix First family and community.
